CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT-WRAPPED?
All of our articles are packaged within one of our branded boxes. We are always happy to accommodate any packaging requirements you may have. When you make your purchase, please specify these by adding a note to your purchase or using the “Contact us” form.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept various forms of payment including Visa debit, or credit card, PayPal and Klarna which allows you to split your payments over a period of three months.
We have been in this brilliant business for a long time, and therefore understand that sometimes many people benefit from a longer-term in house interest free payment plan, otherwise known as a “layaway.” Therefore, we offer this in both our stores, and on our website.
This involves a 20% deposit, and then that you pay the remainder of the balance by no later than six months from the date of that deposit. During this time we keep the article(s) secure and safe. Once payment is complete we will send your jewellery via fully tracked post service.
For more information see our payment page.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY?
Do’s
-
Take care not to drop, bash or scratch your jewellery as almost all jewellery is vulnerable to some extent.
-
Store your jewellery in a safe, soft environment – a fabric-lined jewellery box is ideal in order to prevent scratches.
-
Remove your jewellery when applying scent, or lotions and potions. Better still, put your jewellery on last when getting ready.
-
Polish your jewellery regularly with a soft, clean (doesn’t need to be new) cloth.
-
If your jewellery has been neglected and needs a deep clean, bring it in to us for a professional clean.
Don’ts
-
Avoid wearing your antique jewellery while using corrosive cleaning products. If you would rather not be constantly removing your rings, keep a pair of rubber gloves at hand and cover up.
-
Don’t wear your jewellery to do the gardening (or similarly physical activity).
-
Avoid taking your most precious jewellery on holiday especially leaving it in a suitcase or in your room as there is a risk of losing it in transit or the prospect of it being robbed.
-
Don’t wear your rings in the sea, fingers contract in the cool so rings may become loose.
