A platinum sapphire and diamond cocktail ring.
 
The large oval cut midnight blue sapphire is set raised at the centre of the ring within four strong claws.
It measures 9 x 6 mm's, and weighs 2.15 carats.
Above and below the sapphire are five tapered baguette cut diamonds that fan out from the centre, and each of them are individually set within two claws.
Flanking the sapphire on each side are nine round brilliant cut diamonds set within two claws.
These diamonds are set in two rows and also fan out from the centre.
28 diamonds in total with a combined weight of 0.62 carats.
The metal work on each shoulder has been designed to accentuate the display of the gemstones, and the metal beneath the ring has been worked to create an elegant and intricate scrolling pattern.
