OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Goldman Group is proud to provide free shipping, both nationally and internationally on all of our products in the collection. All of our items are sent with full tracking information, and this is supplied directly to our many customers as soon as all items are dispatched. This way every single step of your precious purchase can be seen giving you piece of mind at every turn. We always ensure that any item of jewellery we send is packaged in the appropriate box for you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have been in this amazing business for a long time, and this is because of our loyal customers who visit us time and time again. We have built up the irreplaceable reputation for being 100% customer focused, and for making customer service our top priority. It is a long-held company principle established from our first store opening in 1982, that every customer who enters our stores leaves with a joyful experience, and utmost satisfaction.
In the highly unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can rest assured that there is always someone to speak to. We have fully trained staff, real people, and no automated computer responses here at Goldman Group ready to deal with any possible issue that may arise. We do, and will always treat every person individually with compassion, and understanding throughout any unlikely dissatisfaction.
Should any item arrive damaged, have been misdescribed, or else appear in any faulty condition whatsoever you can trust that we will offer to put right, and repair, or issue a full refund for up to 30 days from the article’s arrival.
If upon receiving your purchase you are not satisfied for any reason then please let us know that you would like a full refund at the earliest opportunity, and within fourteen days of receiving your purchase.
Once you have done this, please return the goods to us, and we shall issue you with a full refund within fourteen days of receiving the item back.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
All metal work is inspected, and then checked again to ensure that every single diamond, or gem is fully secure within its setting. All diamonds, and gemstones are scrutinized for their quality, and any cracks, rubbing, or abrasions simply don’t make it through our thorough process.
